2. Physical Products:
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within three days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging.
3. Non-returnable Items:
- Customized products, items from flash sales, and hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earbuds, masks) are not eligible for return.
4. Refund Process:
- After successful return verification, the refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be processed to your mobile wallet or bank account.
